Ooc- Hattia and I have been talking about this and how it'll make a great Afghanistan-Mujahaden style RP, and how the Fabus puppet government in Hattia can appeal for help from various WACL members, etc. It'll be a small RP, reserve your spot now. This is not first come first serve, this is "You apply, I think you're good, you're in."

As far as Hattia and I have discussed it thus far, basically the general idea is a civil war erupts in Hattia, a pro-Mississippian government, led by Henri Fabus, a french cousin of Curtis Fabus, comes to power and a certain percentage of the armed forces and populace back the new regime, while most support a guerilla movement against it.

As the new regime is nearing collapse, over 500,000 WACL forces, the bulk of which will be provided by Decisive Action (Myself) "intervene" to prop up the faltering Fabus regime, then from there, it's an Afghanistan style guerilla war.

As you all know, Afghanistan ended with the soviets leaving, basically this will end the same way, unless Hattia decides otherwise, it's his country, his call.

But this will be fun no matter what happens. I love Insurgency and Counter-Insurgency.

Can I join the Missisipian bloc?

OOC: And if I'm understanding things correctly, I'm going to be supplying the guerilla forces in Hattia with weapons, a safe haven, money, training etc., though my armed forces will not become directly involved, kinda the way the US was 'officially' neutral in the Soviet-Afghanistan war. I'll wait unil after Hattia posts to do something IC

The Empire of Avadria is willing to lend support for the Mississipian Bloc on the conditions that we are alloted a say in the reconstruction of Hattia as well as contracts for Avadrian based corporations assisting in the reconstruction.
