INN - Today at 04:10 AM, the Cabinet issued orders for general mobilisation to Condition Two readiness by all category A and 50% of category B units within the next 30 days. He went on to assure any nations perturbed by this that they were not under threat, and that there is no immediate danger to anyone, save perhaps some enemies of the people.
