*Many people are heard in the background, shouting or screaming. The station appears to be a hotbed of activity*

"President of the State & General Secretary of the Socialist Party of Hrstrovokia is...*Static interruption*....

"The Secretariat has been disbanded, the Constitution suspended indefinetly, Martial Law has been declared..."

*The Speaker stops talking into the Microphone, another conversation can be heard faintly in the background*

"We have to get out of here now! Crimson Guard Soldiers are storming the building!" says a strained voice, full of fear.

*The Speaker resumes*

"HAF Generals are claiming total control over the nation. They have ordered Special Forces troops to seize our station! They are attempting to pull the blanket over our eyes, to cover our ears! Dont let them! My fellow citizens, take to the streets!!!"

*Burst of Automatic Gunfire. Screams. Silence.

It was late at night when President Onsorn had recieved the short message on his pager. It seemed lately that the darn thing buzzed every 5 seconds, but that was expected with today's hotbed of revolutions and wars. He took a breath, got up from the couch and thumbed the top most button.

HRSTROVOKIAN CRISIS. NEWS NETWORK ATTACKED. PARLIMENT CALLED

Larf sighed again. Time for action...again.

*Static drains off, Screen goes Black ... a Man in Military Uniform appears, he bears the insignia of the HAF Homeland Kommand and Four-stars. He is old, Grey-haired and tanned, leather like skin. He stares penetratingly into the Camera*

"Citizens of the Soviet State of Hrstrovokia, Nation's of the NS Multi-verse, My name is General Max Boren, Commander of the Warsaw Military District, Homeland Kommand."

"Yesterday, President & General Secretary Sean Matthews was forcibly removed from power. He has failed the Socialist Revolution, his total lack of ideals has lead our cause astray. He has failed our nation, with ineffective leadership."

"For the moment, all Legislative, Judicial and Administrative arms of the Government have been shut down. The Military Council shall rule, until a time we see fit, to reinstate these institutions. As you are aware, there are now millions of Soldiers, fully mobilizied throughout the nation. I say now, to whoever would attempt such a foolish thing, that it would not be a wise move to battle us. We are here to stay."

"Matthews is in our custody, until eventually he shall be tried for treason, found guilty no doubt, and executed. Those who collaborated with him will meet a similar fate."

"Finally, before I leave, I will remind you all that Hrstrovokia has a very potent Nuclear Arsenal, and we shall not hesitate to unleash our Atomic Sword, should we face any threat. Good day."

Upon hearing the news of the coup, the Empire of Risban sent a message to the new dictator.
"General Boren, I congratulate you on your succesful coup. I, too, have recently taken control of the Risban Empire from the former emperor, Julius Graffia. The Empire of Risban is willing to aid you in stabalizing your nation and further requests permission to build an embassy within your nation.
