After a weathy land owner died a week ago in Shiaze city. The government has decided to sell the many islands that are located off the coast of Shiaze.
A few rules before you buy...
The islands for sale are clearly marked with a line of defending battleships and cruisers. So if you don't see these ships around an Island Don't touch it!
Shiaze is not responsible for any problems with the island after purchase so no refunds.

The Dictator would buy if the starting price were lower and the constant threat of the Shiazeian military surrounding the island weren't there. Not a good way to sell land.

The ships are there to protect the islands from attackers until purchase. The Shiaze army is there just to make sure that noone is using the island as a base to attack me or my region.
The Holy Republic of Hawdawg will take the island, if the ready made port has deep water capabilities. We need to build a naval base in that region. Would you be interested in taking the villagers in a relocation program? We do not want any inhabitants on the island that are not of Hawdawgian discent.

We are very interested in the possibility of converting a number of these islands into naval, aerial and army bases for our armed forces, as well as creating a resupply base for merchant shipping, a communications and transportation hub, and the beginnings of a new city for our ever-burgeoning population. We estimate that, if most of the islands are around the 250,000 acre mark, we will require 4 or 5 islands for this task. We would also like to purchase any smaller islands located in between and close to these islands. One of these we would convert to a monument to the deceased, as a sign of respect for his legacy.
As this is quite a large order, we will allow you to set a price for this deal, and we would also like to offer to purchase any islands that remain unsold and you do not wish to keep as Shaizian territory.

5-10,000 acres yes we have one Island like that it's about 3km off the coast it already has an already built manor house (for the wealthy land baron's party's) so it's great for guests, partys,rallys. it's about 7,000 acres 700,000 USD is the price.

He has requested weither you have one which is mostly jungle but has a small amount of space where he can build himself a holiday home.
