The Empire of Risban has recently received a new leader and is working on building up its alliances. (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=375125 )
The Empire of Risban is now permitting other nations to build embassies in Risban. Alexander Perkins, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, is personally overseeing everything.
If a nation wishes to make an Alliance or Non-Aggression Pact with Risban, build an embassy within the Risban Empire, schedule a meeting with either Emperor Scorpius or Foreign Minister Perkins, and/or conduct any business with the Empire of Risban, please state so.

Before we can make any sort of agreement what are your stances on trade?

The Empire of Risban is willing to trade with any nation that expresses a wish to. The port in the south is open to trade ships, and the airfield in the north is also open to trade-by-air. We charge a eight percent tax on both imports and exports.

Trade at that rate is acceptable, therefor we of the Mikosolf Corporation would like to begin trading with said nation of Risban as well as a Non-Aggression Pact with said nation of Risban. However, at this time we see no reason to allow an embassy within your borders, but if you insist on that point then we will yield to the wishes of said nation of Risban.

The Federation of Aligned Planets currently control France, the Line and Marshall Islands and the Phoenix Isles. We would be interested in establishing an Embassy in London provided that you establish one in Paris.

We would also like to open trade between our two Nations, and sign a Non Aggression Pact, with the possibility of a Mutual Protection Pact, as soon as possible.

The Treaty Between the Empire of Risban and the Federation of Aligned Planets
The most honourable Empire of Risban and the most worthy Federation of Aligned Planets are to enter a treaty under the following terms and conditions:
I. Neither the Federation nor the Empire shall provoke or attack each other under any circumstances.
II. Both the Empire and the Federation shall protect each other if the other is attacked, invaded, etc.
III. In times of war, plague, or other catastrophes of nature, the other nation shall agree to aid the citizens of their ally. This includes taking in possible refugees, sending medical supplies, etc.
IV. Should a suspected or convicted criminal of one nation flee into the allied state, that ally is to attempt capture and return the criminal to the aforementioned nation.
V. Each nation shall honour the other's trade laws and sanctions, and adhere to them.
VI. Both nations shall maintain an embassy within a large city of the other's nation. Embassy Locations: Risban Embassy in Paris; Aligned Planets Embassy in London.
VII. Both nations shall attempt to build good and healthy relations between each other's people.
VIII: Each nation shall respect the other's civil laws.
IX. Should there be a revolution within either the Empire of Risban or the Federation of Aligned Planets, one shall aid the legitimate government against the rebels.
X. Each nation shall share military and economic information. This includes information regarding science and spying.

Risban has recently purchased an island off the coast of Shiaze.
Beautiful large Island 250,000 square acres of land. Ready-built port. 2 native villages.
A small fleet of colonists is already on its way there to establish Risban Imperial Rule on the island, which we shall name Plutonian Shores Island.

Scratch the copper, thats been met. I own some plantations in the Upper Congo, and 10% of their crop is sugarcane (Actually its run by Consolidated Fruits inc., but they are eager to please...). We can send you half of their crop. Also, Thundre Tech Industries just released the "Fluffy" attack helicopter: It holds a crew of three (Pilot, Copilot, Gunner), and can carry five more. It has a vulcan anti-tank gattling gun, a rocket pod and four hellfire anti-tank missiles. I will exchange 25 "Fluffies" and the sugar crop for 10 tons of gold and 10 tons of natural gas. (OOC: I am really bad at pricing military equipment, so if this is totally bogus, forgive me. Also, what is the unit for natural gas (Oil is in barrels))

The Non-Agression Pact between Golencia and Risban....
1. This Pact Shall Last for Thirty (30) Years.
2. Neither Golencia nor Risban shall in any way attack or provoke the other whilst this pact is in place.
3. Risban shall given Northern Ireland to Golencia for a sum of 70 Billion Dollars. (The borders between Northern and southern Ireland shall be how they are in RL today).
4. Free Trade Shall Exist between Golencia and Risban.
5. Risban will get to keep its naval base, Port McCormack in Northern-Eastern Ireland.
6. Both Risban and Golencia shall open embassies in each other's nations to maintain peaceful relations.
7. All Risban citizens in North-Eastern Ireland have until the end of the Tunisian Conflict to move out. All in the North-West are being moved out immediately.
8. Should Golencia break this pact, they will be asked to withdraw from Northern Ireland immediately.
9. Should Risban break this pact, they shall pay Golencia a total sum of 100 Billion dollars.
10. Golencian planes and naval vessels are not to enter Risbanian skies or waters without clearance, save for merchant vessels.
11. Risbanian planes and naval vessels are not to enter Golencian skies or waters without clearance, save for merchant vessels.

Sharina still has yet to comment on Risban's annexation of Tunisia, although most nations in Earth III are individually recognizing the claim, primarily those in Europe and Northern Africa.
Risban has sent monetary aid to Witzgall and food as well. Risban has yet to publicly announce which side it is taking in the Euroslavia-Witzgall War.
