Mutual Protection Pact

between: The Federation of Aligned Planets and The United Socialist States of Cloudships.

1) Both Nations agree to contribute to the mutual defence of the other nation. Both Nations pledge not to declare war or take an aggressive stance against another nation without prior consultation with each other.

2) Both Nations agree not to interfere with the internal politics of the other nation, yet will offer advice, support and aid to each other whenever it is requested.

3) All United Socialist States of Cloudships vessels are free to move whenever they like inside the borders of the Federation of Aligned Planets, and are not restricted to remain within the borders. However, if a Cloudships vessel is attacked outside the borders of Aligned Planets - it is not the responsibility of the Aligned Planets to take an aggressive action. We may do if the situation requires it.

4) The two nations pledge to share scientific and economic data, but do not have to share any sensitive data pertaining to internal security or any other matter which could be considered Need-to-know.

5) This Mutual Protection Pact can be revoked at any time, but only with prior notice to the other nation. If the Pact is revoked with notification, the two nations can be considered to be hostile to each other.

The Federation of Aligned Planets, at this time, would like to extend the hand of friendship to any Nation whose interests co-incide with our own.

With Social Welfare our top priority, with Civil Rights very good and Political Freedoms at World Benchmark - we are interested in opening communications with any Nation who feel that Freedom of Thought and Expression, Political Freedom and Economic Rights are important; we implore you to either Telegram us or communicate your interest here.

I would just like to mention that civil rights are for those who are lawless and free speech is for those who cant control a country, along with democracy that is why i am a dictator in a dictator ship, if you want lawlessness go to his region if you want control and proper society come to mine YOU PICK

Yes indeed - You pick; I'm quite surprised to hear these words from a Dictator...surely a dichotomy, no?

I am not advocating that Nations move to my Region - you are free to do so if you wish, and you would be most welcome; what I am suggesting is merely a friendship treaty to open up trading possibilities.

The Nation Cloudships Would like to express public thanks to the Aligned Planets for offering such a pact with us. We would like to further spread this likeminded belief to further planets also. We extend a branch of friendship to all those who wish to join this union. Be aware this is not a military aliance and should not be treated as one. We will support the countries involved but are passive by nature. We merely wish to open trade and good relations with countries of likeminded values.

Yes; we offer economic stability, not military prowess. However, the fundamental principals of this Alliance require that each Nation defend the others if required.
