The Tailva winter had just hit and as usual the snow is falling 24 hours a day and now it has become an disaster. TAILVIAN citzens are trapped in there homes as the snow outside is to deep no cars can go anyway as the country grinds to a halt and all aircraft have been grounded thanks to snow storms anybody with any ideas will be greatly appreciated.(oh and what ever you do dont try sailing ships to us the ocean is completed flooded with ice-burgs all our ships have been ordered to stay in port.

"Salt is what you need Tailvia! Pure grade salt can melt snow and ice, and quickly if used in large doses. The National Government of Aubain will gather 2 tons of this salt, and get it to Tailvia by taking a boat as far as possible, then using helicopters to drop the salt into your territory.
