As for what has been Happening as of Late has been beyond NWO's control we have been Dragged all around the Place doing everything. This is my Last and Personal Chance to attempt to stop the Current Crises presently happening around the world.

As such I am Calling the Leaders of NWO NATO and RWC to NWO HQ in Dr_Twist Immediately, Id you have no official high level Leadership position Please Don't post, If leaders from certain alliances don't attend it will be seen as they have no interest in world peace.

Hamptonshire is equal dedicated toward the necessary peace that must prevail in Europe. As Chairman of the Congressional Board, Hamptonshire will represent NATO. Two additional NATO representatives will join the Conference shortly.

Dr. Chester Olendorf, Prime Minister of Hamptonshire will travel to the Headquarters for the talks.

If any of the Alliances do boycott this however they will be seen as nothing more then War Mongers in the Eyes of NWO and its Members.

I would like all Alliances to Agree on that they will not take any Offensive Action, If a Nation in an Alliance does take Offensive Action the Alliances have the Right to invade and Invade that Nation only, however if a complete Alliance is to Launch an Offensive Strike on Another Alliances the other two Alliances that didn't take the Offensive Action will have the Right to go to war upon the Offensive Alliance.

NATO requests that the Proposal specify "unprovoked wars of agresssion" as opposed to all military action.

If a nation in an alliance* takes unprovoked offensive action, the alliances have the right to invade and declare war upon that nation only. If an entire alliance launches an offensive strike or declares wars on another alliance or nation, the other two alliances will have the right to go to war with the Offensive Alliance.

Thank you, You are welcome to the meeting but things Must move fast on RWC's Side as they have yet to turn up with some one with the ability to put into place what is needed.

But please Remember max of 3 People per Alliance and preferably as little people as possible per Alliance, We need theses Reforms to come ASAP before something explodes without reason.

I shall attend this meeting personally and I will have an advisor from The Merchant Guilds. Also, an advisor from Dumpsterdam will be attending, he will be there to learn, the Dumpsterdanian Ambassador of the embassy in Kriegorgrad.

We hope this will loosen up tensions between our alliances.

The second part will get us right back to where we started.

Also, I feel it is a must for the Gilb. Strait to be reopened if NATO truly wishes to avoid a large-scale war.

Well, if it's not and it starts a world war, I'd expect NATO would not help him out... after all, that is a major part of why a major war is very likely to break out soon...

I can't comment on what NATO would do, simply because I don't know and it's not my place to theorise.

Unfortunately Gibraltar is sovereign territory of Chellis. NATO, by its Charter, cannot interfere with the internal matters of a member-state.

Rest assured that pressure will be applied to ease the closing of the Straight. While Hamptonshire and DPUO can speak and act as NATO Representatives, we have no standing in reference to the Chellian Government.

It is one thing if Chellis was in the middle of a war, in which we could understand this move. However, he is not in the middle of any such war that he must close it. He is only creating yet another reason for war to happen, as he is stopping trades and other free movement through the Med. Sea. Any nations not involved in any of this are now being effected as you can see.

Chellis must reopen it - at least for non-military ships at the least. If not, many will see it as a reason for war - and by not making him open it, or by not punishing him for refusing to open it - will give alliances such as the RWC, along with many other alliances and nations a reason for war, as you are allowing Chellis to block the right of free passage for trading, among other things.

Chellis must at least open it to non-military ships. If he refuses, he must be recieve some sort of punishment for not doing so, as he is creating a ever-growing reason for a major war that will effect not just Chellis, not just the attacking nation, but NATO, RWC, and many, many other alliances and nations.

Repeat: Not a NATO matter. Talk to Chellis.
