We do agree, But phycological warfare does work you know, The soldiers who did it came forward. They will be sterilized, But they claim to have used condoms.

True, But we cannot control condoms.. Theyre everywhere, It appears the soldiers who raped the negros, Killed themself's and left notes saying "We do not deserve to live"
