News Anchor: "Earlier today there was a coup in the small Empire of Risban. Count Robinson Antares Scorpius, an admiral in the Risban Fleet and a strong voice in Parliament, seized the Risban Palace with several thousand followers. Emperor Julius Graffia was captured by Scorpius and forced to surrender the empire. Then, Graffia was exiled. All those supporting the former leader of Risban, primarily animal activists, were imprisoned by the new Emperor Scorpius. James Ormiv explains the scene...."
James Ormiv: "This is James Ormiv reporting from Risban City, the capital of the Empire of Risban. There is a large crowd of approximately 500,000 people assembled in and around the courtyard to the Risban Imperial Palace."
The camera films the large crowd assembled in front of the magnificent palace. New guards are stationed at all the doors, and a man is seen on a high balcony.
"That right there on the balcony is Scorpius, the man responsible for all of this. It was rather easy for him to gain control; most of the citizens of Risban were growing angry with Graffia for a large unemployment rate. The new Emperor will be holding a press conference in just a few moments, answering any questions other might have."

For those of you who don't know, Risban is a fairly young nation with a population of about ten million. The Empire of Risban is located in a small region called the Consortium of Shadows. It has a good economy, and is known to have no political freedoms whatsoever. The government executive is an emperor, who is advised by a unicameral Parliament. Recently, Risban had begun spending more money on its military, building it up.
Now we will switch over to the Risban Broadcasting Network, where Emperor Robinson Scorpius will be taking questions."

New Emperor Robinson Antares Scorpius of the Empire of Risban stands at a podium bearing the coat of arms of Risban. Reporters are assembled in the Press Room. Scorpius awaits any questions.
