Eugoria IV Government will start a rainy day fund with a deposit of $1,293,390,648.00 from the Government waste fund, and then withdraw $42,259,851.25 for the Trade Deficit payments. This leaves a balance of $1,251,130,796.75.

Eugoria will deposit $1,683,362,250.00 from it's Government Waste, and $10,054,222.23 from it's Trade Surplus. This leaves a balance of $2,944,547,268.98 for the Rainy Day Fund.

Eugoria Iv will deposit $1,963,922,625.00 from government waste. This leaves a balance of $4,908,469,893.98 for the Rainy Day Fund.

OOC: I'm not sure about this, but I think government waste is not an actual fund, but rather money wasted on pointless projects or embezzled etc. but anyway I don't think you are supposed to use it (Hence why it is in red ink...)
IC: Anyway, why not buy Siapian Government bonds? You can buy a short term bond (One real week) for 4% interest, an intermediate term for 6% (2 weeks) or a long term bond for 10% interest (1 month). All purchases must be in intervals of $100,000.

OOC: I have seen other nations putting their government wastes into banks so I did too.

IC: The Congress of the Holy Empire of Eugoria IV has voted 529 to 371 to invest in a long-term bond from the Siapian Government worth $1,000,000,000 before interest. This will be withdrawn from the Rainy Day Fund and will leave a total balance of $3,908,469,893.98. If this is acceptable, please confirm it and the money will be wired through secure channels.

The Government will deposit $2,206,917,900.00 from it's waste. (Sorry, I need money from somewhere). This leaves a balance of $6,115,387,793.98 for the Rainy Day fund. Siap, do you happen to have AIM or MSN messenger?

Eugoria will deposit $3,215,419,780.00 from it's military budget for today, and $2,986,458,000.00 from it's government waste, and also deposit $7,629,217,832.25 from here.
