For several months now Tailvas top engineers and designers have been working on the designs for Tailva's first aircfraft carrier. The carrier is set to be completed in just 18months but will remain on coventional uses of fuel as Tailva has no nuclear power.

Slaytanicca congratulates you on your undertaking. We too have designs for carriers; however, until we have the funds and finish updating our major shipyard, we are content with our old Soviet navy.

Tailva,
This is excellent news! We have five Ulyanovsk-class carriers we wish to sell over a period of ten years. The first will be available in three years. Is this acceptable?

PERFECT. My friend we would be more than willing to buy these but we need more information prices, picture of this type of carrier, size, amount of crue needed, amount of jet's carried, maintance cost(espicially). All that sort of thing but then we will be willing to buy.

Tailva,
The carriers operate at 85,000 tons displacement full-load, require a crew of 1500, and carry eighty aircraft. They are powered by four nuclear reactors. Maintenance costs have been around 100 million USD per carrier per annum, but we anticipate this may rise slightly with the age of the craft.
We hope this is to your liking.

OOC: none of these were finished RL, so I can't find pictures. Sorry dude. I imagine they look like aircraft carriers ;)

OOC - Tailva, how will you be able to operate vessels powered by four nuclear reactors? You have no nuclear program to speak of, and therefore cannot refine uranium.

Problem - no?

Tailva,
If it is acceptable under the terms of the non-nuclear treaty you have signed, we can supply you with a small amount of uranium for the sole purpose of operating your carriers, and will accept the waste back for reprocessing. If it is the wish of the other nations involved, they may monitor the delivery of both uranium and nuclear waste to ensure you are not using said uranium for the purposes of building weapons.
