It has recently come to the attention of TLSN that the government has begun to test its new WMD's on the rebel populace of Tunisia(which is only an old man with a brain defect and an ice-cream man) to deter them. The old man surrendered 2 hours ago although there is no report on how long it will take for the Ice-cream man to surrender.
