Goals: To give aid to allies and support allies, by giving commence support or arm support. This is defense alliance.

Note: This alliance is not bias to the Leftist or Right wings. Both are welcome to join this alliance.

Leadership of the Ottoman Hegemony and outline
Ottoman Khaif as God Emperor of the Alliance (figurehead in a way)- He is the leader of the Hegemony, Even thought he as little power, He can call for a vote to remove the Praetor if he believes the Praetor is leading the Hegemony to its down fall. He also does the diplomatic work for the Hegemony. His Term is for life.(Meaning I am in power for good)

Praetor open for vote- The Praetor as the real power of leading the Hegemony in wars and make treaties of peace.(More to add soon) The Term for Praetor is two months.

Parliament-. This is the body that can vote on the next Praetor. They can pass bills ,treaty.and pass the budgets for the Hegemony.
