Request for Tender LAF.AF.00001: Ground-based air surveillance radar

Subject: The Lemieuxstad Armed Forces is aking for submissions for the supply of ground-based air surveillance radars.Those radars will serve to monitor the entire Lemieuxstad air space.

The radars must have a 150km range againt a 3m^2 target by themselves and must have the ability to be linked together to provide a continuous cover of the air space over the Lemieuxstad territory.The ground station and radar will be fixed buildings and with their own autonomous power.

The radar must use the X-band, have a 150km range against a 3m^2 target, be able to track 100 echoes and search for 500 of them, track-while-scan is compulsory, a secondary ground surveillance mode will be sought but is not mandatory.

Conditions: The radars will be bought from the winning bidder.No licence production option is sought however, full technology transfer must be guaranteed.

The winning bidder is asked of only supplying the radar systems, accompanying support devices or structures will be constructed from domestic contractors.

OOC: If you need geographical reference just use a map of the Quebec province in Canada.
