We have just had a tornado of winds of 355mph hit the Downtown St. Louis Area causing major damage including the destruction of the Gateway Arch. An estimated 10,675 people were injured and an estimated 1,257 killed.This is the worst tornado to ever hit the planet and ripped throught our regions(St Louis) largest city. The Government of Eastern Missouri needs help and is asking neighbors and other nations to send medical supplies or anything to help. One more thing is this was our capitol and we plan to rebuild it again and are asking for construction workers. If you send help or help us in anyway you will get payed 35 trillion of whatever your currency is.

I will send Kahtan Construction to rebuild any buildings you want. They will bring along 45,000 skilled workers to complete any needed tasks.

This is very sad indeed.
We shall send 1,000 EmergiCare (OOC: Comatic version of The Red Cross) workers to St. Louis, and 250 million dollars worth of medical equipment to aid you. And you may keep your 35 trillion. We are simply trying to help, and do not wish to receive anything in return. And besides, you need that money to rebuild, most likely.
