Today Muslims and Jews took the streets of Athens as they protested against the Emperor’s decision on banning religions except for the Greek Orthodox Church. As you can see the protests are aggressive and are throwing stones and anything they can find at the police force trying to break apart the riot. Already 10 protesters and 3 police men are dead. Nobady wants to be in Athens Square now as protesters fight the police. The military also took charge and began sending in tanks hoping to break up the riot. As you can see thousands are fighting in Athens Square.

The tanks where moving hoping to scare away the protestors but that didn’t work as protesters started climbing on the tanks and hitting them with metals pipes, steel bars and anything soldier they can find. Soldiers where trying to push the protestors of the tank to keep them from hijacking one while the police with there bullet proof shields raised started attacking the protesters. A protester pulled out a shotgun and yelled

“Unban Islamic!” as he pulled the trigger on an officer. The shield repelled the bullet but with the force pushed the officer back. A soldier nearby opened fired on the shooter ripping him apart with his machine gun.

The scene was horrific as pepper spray and other non dangerous gases where thrown at the protestors to push them back. But they still fought on hard in what they believed.

Euroslavia (once again) condemns these actions of Nikolaos the Great, and will open the borders for refugees only, in case they want to escape the persecution under the Emperor.


Rumor has it that Euroslavia is planning on making a Declaration of Capture, to the Emperor of NtG for trial due to the amount of war crimes he has committed. The Comrade of Euroslavia, therefore, has issued a warrant out for his arrest, alive only, and will give 2 billion dollars to the person/people who can bring him to justice.

OOC: I didn't know taking away the simple civil liberties was 'doing what was best' for people.

IC: Euroslavia condemns Pantheaa of its support of a regime at fault, and suggests that it retract its statements. By giving the command of 'open fire', he is hurting innocent, peaceful protestors. This has happened once before, by NtG against IDF, and we will not stand for the slaughter of innocent people requesting that they retain their civil liberties.

I highly doubt that the citizens of NtG would have entered into a social contract with the government if they knew that their rights were being taken away.

This is breaking news! The Muslims and Jews that moved in the territories have started protesting aggressively too! From the looks of it there are around 250,000 protestors in the territories and 25,000 in Athens. The death toll has risen to 250 dead protestors and 25 dead officers. Not only that the Assembly has been siding with the New Democracy Party today on unbanning religions. Also in other news has put a $2 billion USD over the Emperor’s head on anyone able to bring him to Euroslavia alive to be trialed against international justice the only comment we got from the Emperor about this was a laugh. We will now be going live to the Assembly.

The Assembly has decided to veto the Emperor’s decision on banning religions. Now every person living in Greece and its territories may worship whichever god in peace. The protestors have quieted down but still are angry for the killing the Emperor committed against them. They have demanded that the Emperor will publicly apologize and admit that he ordered the soldiers to open fire on them. But the Emperor denied to do that. Also the death toll reached to 2,000 protesters dead and 100 officers dead.

OOC: The two are not mutually exclusive, you know. It is possible to have a government that is both democratic and communist. Communist economic policy is a tad extreme though.
