All USIH military forces that were on a DEFCON-2 footing have been reduced to a DEFCON-3 footing whilst forces on DEFCON-3 have been moved to DEFCON-4.
President Anderson is said to have called off the mobilization after getting "pissed off" at a lack of information from allied leaders who were requesting mobilization and not giving any proper evidence to back this up. Currently nearly $72 billion has been spent on the mobilization.
The desicion to call of the build-up of IH troops was said to have been taken sometime this morning after NWO aggression that appears to have been the cause of this mobilization. President Anderson is also said to be seriously considering the countrys position in the alliance.
