RECOGNIZES that nuclear weapons proliferation represents a substantial threat that must be dealt with by using methods such as embargo, quarantine, blockade or other such overt military actions,

RECOGNIZES that the people of the Empire of Tailva are suffering because of the actions of the Blockade Coalition’s complete trade interdiction program,

RECOGNIZES that all sides must become part of multilateral negotiations to end the blockade actions immediately.

As such, the Parliament

FINDS that the actions of the Blockading Coalition are overt acts of aggression and war

While we respect your work, we have discovered there is something we must humbly ask of you. A small commercially chartered craft is soon to be entering Tailvan waters. On it are close to a hundred men and women, most Slaytaniccan citizens, wishing to set up soup kitchens in Tailvan cities, now it is 75 trillion USD in debt to Hogsweat and a consortium of fictional countries. We would be greatful if you would let these kind people through the blockade so they may help alleiviate the suffering of the Tailvan population. Slaytanicca, the Ministry of Defence has taken the decision not to allow you to enter Tailvan waters. As you arrive at the blockade a small barge will greet you to take your aid. We are currently reviewing the humanitarian situation in Tailva and are in negotiations with the International red cross.

The McLeodian freighter continues on its course, either unaware or uncaring. Crew idly check cargo containers, and the Captain is sat on the bridge calmly drinking a mug of steaming hot tea.

As the McLeodian freighter continues on its course, two Oliver Hazzard Perry class Destroyers plot an intercept cource. They ready their main guns as they do not know if the freighter is armed or not. Firing solutions are calculated into the computer as the guns are set to automatically load shells when they fire. A large blow horn sounds on one of the Destroyers as a message is sent to the freighter.

Sir, need a hand with that freighter? We spotted her as well, and it doesn't look as if she is stopping at all.

While waiting for a responce, the ships pull up and match speed while they are right beside the Freighter. They send the same message again. While they are sending the message, approximatly 1,000 troops are priming their weapons and putting on body armor down in the ships bunks. They get the green light and head for the deck of the ship.



OOC: For those wondering. The Oliver Hazzard Perry's i use are slightly remodeled on the inside. Ship crew quarters have a lot more bunks than normal and room was made for around 1,500 Army Troops in bunks along the center of the ship.

OOC: For those that don't know as well, the Yamato 2 is a fully modernized version of the original. With modern avionics, etc main guns, vls tubes, and goal keepers for anti missle defense.

The Captain stared on, shock clearly showing on his face as hundreds of troops crowded onto the decks of the destroyers. He turned away from the large bridge windows and pushed the throttles forward completely to their stops. The response from the engines was almost instant, and the ship leapt up to nearly 30 knots, far faster than the heavily laden destroyers could hope to reach. Or so he hoped.

In light of the current humanitarian disaster in Tailva we would request that all coalition forces send aid. We shall be sending two destroyers full of aid and a hospital ship HMS Stone Cross. Both these will be flying the flag of the UN and this should be respected.

As it seems that the Tailvan are backing down, and Praetonia may be taking part in this, on their side, we are backing down. We apologize for not staying longer, but we do not want to make a enemy of a superpower.

Captain: "Is the port sealed up fully?"

Crewman: "Yes, sir. There is no way that any ship can get past the line of submarines."

The Captain stares ahead as he sees his ship and the sister ship kick to full speed. Off in the distance, at the enterance to theTailvian port, there is a line of 3 Submarines that are almost end to end. Only a few feet of space is between the ends of them.

The freighter turns slightly, heading for the tiny gap between two of the submarines, finally reaching her top speedat just over 30 knots. Her bows plunged through the sea, visibly thicker near the water-line, a reminder of her days sailing to the Antarctic as a ice-breaker supply ship.

Operations have begun for retrieval of our aircraft as well as our Naval Vessels in the area moving at slow speeds to designated meeting area's. Our orders are to leave the area in 23 hours as of right now and we will follow them to the letter. Emporer Shaz Bot has given specific instructions that if Tailva is found to have any Chemical, Biological, or Nuclear weapons technology within One year of our departure, that we are to initiate inspection protocal and send inspection teams to his nation to see the capabilities of his military. The nation of Tailva, within the short time they have been in existance, has attempted an invasion of 1 country, and publically badmouthed a storefront for selling Nuclear Weapons. The irony that a nation who publically badger's a storefront who sells Nuclear Weapons and then turns around and wants help in building their own Nuclear Arsinal is rather humorous. I have stressed before, and i will say it again, The Empire has deemed that the Blockade has gone on long enough, and will leave the area in 1 Standard Sol Day. There is around 23 hours remaining in that time. This is to ensure that we retrieve all of our aircraft.

Approximatly 17 hours after the initial announcment by the Shazbotdom Fleet Admiral, the last of the planes cleared the flight deck of the USS Shazbot.

Admiral: "How long till the rest of the fleet joins up with us?"

Crewman: "Approximatly 3 hours sir."

Admiral: "Good. When the last ship gets near us, head to the west at 25 knots."

Although it appears Tailva is backing down its WMD project, Golencian Ships will stay. The Holy Republic has declared that until the Government seeks political reform we will not leave. Only the President can command our ships to leave the ports, but he has yet to do so. If the ENTIRE Coalition Pact agrees upon putting the Tailva nation under "parole" then the Golencian Government will support it. However if any other Nations remain behind to keep the blockade up, so will Golencia.

The Shazbotdom fleet finishes it's final check of all aircraft and naval vessels. Fleet Admiral Al Yankovic paces back and forth between the command chair on the bridge of the USS Freedom and the front window's. He stops to look out the window's and stares at the fleet as it is assembled. The dozens of ships are backlit with the sun as it rises up over the ocean. He then walks over to the communications area and gives the word.

Radioman (Over the radio to the fleet): "HAVOC Fleet's 1 and 4, orders are to push to full power and press on back home. Authorization Alpha Zulu Sigma Six Niner."

Our fleets were forced to leave to support our Colony of Hadens. If you read the thread, Taking Hadens (closed RP) Tailva is at war with us, when they invaded our colony Hadens. All of our peace talks have ended and we will not stop until the Tailvan Government signs a Surrender with golencian Conditions.

You may not have been happy with our fleets staying there originally, but we went there not only to seek the end of their Nuclear program but to change their government. Which we will now do in this war.

This Tyranical Nation of Tailva's first offence was an unprovoced attack on a peaceful nation in an attempt to gain more terratory. Their second offence was trying a full-scale naval invasion of said peaceful nation. Their third offence was trying to gain nuclear weapons for what we believe is a full scale nuclear attack on nations that helped the said peaceful nation. Tailvian Government Propoganda is spreading lies about what happened in the said Peaceul Nation and that the Tailvian Military had won the assault when they were cut to around nearly 1/3 of their size. The Tailvian Government's trechery and lies are to be dely with in an appropreate matter. The blockade was a temporary matter to prove that their nation is not invincable and that a military war isn't the only thing that will cause the downfall of a nation's government.
