Greetings, esteemed officials of The Sebecean Imperium. Though our great leader, Diktat-Commissar Tenet Khan, acknowledges your right to do what you want in your country, he has seen fit to inform you that the citizens of Dresina are appalled by these actions. If you continue with these actions, Dresina may be forced to take action against your Imperium.

Before this though, we have decided to offer some compromises to ensure that everyone involved comes out better from this situation.

1. Allow Dresina to ferry out all Muslims from your country at our expense.
2. Expel them from your country.
3. Give them their own land, and if they act against you, you can crush them legitimately.

We hope to see you comply, as a Dresinan intervention would be bad for both of us.

After and enraged Imperial confrence, the Coalitionist Congress has granted the Emperors the freedom to round up and execute muslims in the Sebecean Imperium. Any attemps to stop this may result in war, for this is strictly OUR internal affairs, and they our living on land of the Sebecean Imperium, therefor giving us the right to do what ever we feel nessesary. A full battalion of Orbital Marines are in stand by, ready to execute the 383,965 muslims males rounded up, and the decimation (killing every tenth person) of the women and children. We have all the rights in the world to neatralize most of these people and arrest the rest. We are not in the UN and recognize the UN as only a terrorist organization, along with other alliances. This does not affect us, after all 95% of the Sebecean Imperium are of the Sebekan religion.

Because we are justified in our actions against a scum that has destroyed the land of our Outer Provinces, and the Patriarch Emperor (Forever and Absolute) declares in rightious.

After receiving the word that Sebecean people do not follow any major religons, many feel quite stupid and embarrassed, but choose not to show it. The dicator calmly replies "Oh well. They had it coming. We show no regret to our actions."

Who says Sebekan isn't a major religion? He's got over 2 billion people in his nation, and 95% of that is pretty darn big.

They are his resources, let him do to them as he wishes, only annoyance is thats three hundred thousand peopel whom cannot buy our products, but the growth/death rate is high enough so that this is a drop in the bucket for our market and profit margins.
