After the American Invasion of Iraq, the new democracy installed was perfect. However, most of Southern Iraq did not like the democracy. Through years of successful diplomacy, a mutual agreement with the UN was decided to let the southern part of Iraq form their own country. It was named Chinlanikistan. The dictator is a sly, cunning man named Al-Jahir Hassan. It is rumored he is the grandson of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussien, whom was captured by the Americans and executed. Al-Jahir wears an eye patch, for it was taken out by an American citizen, moments before being beheaded. He grows a pointed goatee, and speaks in a calm deadly whisper.
However, even after the UN agrees to leave Chinlanikistan alone, the rest of Iraq doesnt take too kindly to the gesture. Fighting breaks out. The UN worries if this will become another Israel/Pakistan.
