Golencia has been going through troubled times lately. We currently have numerous Troops from Grays Hill and Counter-Terrorism forces from Seratoah. I thank them very much for their aid to our New Nation. However now i am seeking Trade Pacts and Mutual Defence Alliances.

Mutual Defence Agrrement
-If 1 country is invaded the other promises to lend military aid.
-If a country invades a foriegn country with no purpose, the aid they recieve will vary on the countries feelings to the war.
-If a country has probable cause for war and invades the other will lend aid in any form, military aid is optional

We are saddened by the recent troubles in your nation and would love to enter a mutual defence pact with your nation, as it would be of great benefit to us both in these troubled times. However we feel unable to do so until you withdraw your support from the nation of Cherry Ridge. This may seem like a crass attempt to influence your foreign policy, but we beg of you to review their human rights records before reaching this conclusion.

The Holy Republic of Brendanberia offers a peaceful trade alliance with our Catholic Brethren . We offer Uranium for hard currency and gold.This is conditional with a nuclear non proliferation pact between our two peaceful nations.However a military alliance at this point in time is premature.

Greetings to the government of Golencia, from His Excellency, Caius Agrippa Licinius Americanicus I, Emperor of Novus Arcadia.

As the official representative of His Imperial Majesty, I have been given the authority to express His Excellency's deepest empathy for your troubled nation, and his confidence that it will soon see better days. I have also been given the authority to humbly propose a mutual defense alliance, which would (I have no doubt) greatly benefit our two nations, if actuated.

I hereby propose that an alliance be formed which guarantees a minimum military support (in time of war) of 26,000 ground troops, which could be used to fight wars in nations that we find ourselves threatened by, as long as it is not necessary for either of our governments to deploy troops into the other's national territory.

His Excellency would be willing to commence trade with Golencia, considering that medical supplies (consisting, principally, of vaccines) are badly needed in the small eastern colony of Ellisras, due to an awful viral epidemic which seems unstoppable.

In exchange for sufficient supplies, His Majesty would be willing to provide either 551,000 pounds of steel, or 608,000 U.S. gallons of crude oil. (These amounts are negotiable.)

If your government has any interest in such a proposition, please respond via a direct board message, or telegram the Imperial Foreign Ministry, for acceptance or refusal of these terms.

His Excellency approved the selection of anti-strep germ vaccines, which will hopefully reduce the unfortunately large number of casualties in Ellisras, caused by strep-induced rheumatic fever.

I would like to request 38,000 vaccine preparations, constituting the first shipment. In compliance with our agreement, Arcadian vessels have left port with the required amount of steel and request docking clearance.

We at the Guilds can provide you with steel and/or some oil (we will take time to open new sources), the price per barrel would $30 due the high demand for our oil at the moment. The steel would be at $7,000 per tonne.
