Colodia

President Black sat as his desk, after just sending an important message to Layarteb over the issues at (E2) Maryland.
But now a new opportunity came before him. A chance to invade North Carolina. Colodia has held a decent amount of territory in North America, apart from 80% of Latin America, Colodia has West Virginia and Virginia as well. A modest amount. But power leads to more power.
A memo to Black's desk awaited him, labeled "North Carolinan government falls to anarchy." Inside, it detailed about the former nation that held North Carolina up to their standards. Apparently, the nation left NC for themselves and things have gone downhill since then.
There were quite a few things Black could do. One is that he could send aid to the NC government. But that wouldn't rally the people that elected him to lead. Of course, he could always take this advantage and conquer the land...that seemed best for the situation at land.
Phone calls to the 3 Top Commanders of the Colodian Army, Navy, and Air Force were sent for them to come immediatly to the Temporary H.Q. in Charleston (at the moment, Colodia is moving the capitol from Washington D.C. to Bogota).
