New Zealand has been growing wary of Japan's continued Presence in China and its continuing Hostilities against the worlds nations.

Japan's brief flirt with the League of Nations has never disguised her intentions and with her abandonment of this process her true colours have been shown.

Before and during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05* New Zealand had always felt wary of the Russian prescence in the Pacific and Asia, but after the russian disaster's of Vladivostok and Japans great naval victory at Tsushima* New Zealand has seen the balance of power shift in an ungainly manner.

As a result the New Zealand Government has decided to press forward with the gun emplacements originally intended to deter Russian aggression at Wrights Hill,Stoney Batter and various other positions around the nation.

Prime Minister Of New Zealand

Having a fleet with 12 cruisers isn't inacurate. US had over 20 carriers. If we were perfectly historically accurate everything would end the same way. Any way I'll tone down these numbers for now.

Thank you Australia as we nor you nor the British or any of their Empiral colonies have been attacked yet it is wise to protect ourselves without actuallyn engaging Japanese agression.

Good Luck

I was just referring to the really big ones, not those tiny ones they had crap loads of. Also, I don't use many different classes.
