At approximately 9:30 PM last night, the late Reinhard Heydrich passed into Heaven. He died rather abruptly at the age of 87. Due to the late time of his passing, an appropriote heir to the Confederacy wasn't chosen until this morning. Normally, the male son of the former Fuhrer would become autocrat of the Reich, but due to the fact that Herr Heydrich never had a child, the head of the Fascist Party (The only legal political party in the Confederacy) Charles Hayden. Charles Hayden was born on Feb. 10, 1960 to Viktor and Alexandria Hayden (The oldest family lineage in the Reich). During the 1968 Civil War in the Fascist Confederacy, Viktor died. Two years later, while Charles was amidst a war as an extremely young soldier and in a school whos populace was almost purely ignorant, a secret relation took place between Alexandria and Harold Fabus, Curtis Fabus' father. Many years later, Charles finally became aware that he had ties with the Fabus family in Mississippi, but in order to keep both families happy and functional, he kept it to himself until now.
Charles has always been a devout Christian (Christian Identity) and membe rof The Church. He even studied to become a Pastor at one time before getting roped into politics and the like.
Charles has made several changes, for instance, he has officialy changed the name of the Fascist Confederacy from The Fuhrerprinzip of Fascist Confederacy, to The White Autocracy Of Fascist Confederacy. He has also officialy changed the title given to its ruler. From this point until the end of time, all rulers of the Reich will be granted the title Czar.
The Czar also plans to more strictly inforce the following laws:
Article 10: No other religion except The Church (Christian Identity) is to be allowed in the Fascist Confederacy.
Article 15: Only members of the White race are to be granted permission into the nation.
Article 23: No residential homes or buildings not being used by the government maybe built above two stories. For any higher would be considered blasphemy and an attempt to become closer to God, a thing no man shall do until his passing.
This is just an example of several lightly or uninforced laws in the Confederacy that will now be strictly inforced at all costs. The Czar also plans to become somewhat more expansionistic and plans to give the military a grand overhaul that it has been needing for quite some time now.
