Due to the small nature of my nation, we do not possess any shipyards of a big enough size for the job in hand. Would anyone be willing to bid for a contract to build five multi purpose government ships? these would be used for enforcing fishery protection, puffin surveys and to convey out prime minister, the hon Hallgrimur Olafson around the north sea and between our two major island groups.
