Decisive Action

Secret IC:
A small commercial farming community, of about nine hundred, about a mile from the border of Ottoman Khaif controlled "Eastern Egypt", there were perhaps forty farms and then two hundred houses not situated on farms.
Governor General John Tallmadge of Mississippian Egypt had arranged for forty-five ME Arabian convicts to be dressed in Ottoman Khaif uniforms (flawlessly made copies by the, CIC, Commonwealth Intelligence Command)
and had arranged for them to be given full OK equipment, including weaponry with proper stamp marks. The weapons had been imported from smugglers in Syria and some were just perfect copies. The convicts had been told that if they attacked the village and could break through and cross into Eastern Egypt, they'd be free to go.
At 4 am, the attack began, the convicts ran into a hail of fire as two Commonwealth parachute regiments (1,000 each) were waiting for them inside the village and in the outlying farms. It was a massacre, all 45 were killed within thirty minutes. However they managed to launch rifle-grenades against a few of the farms, 20 farmers were injured and 6 were killed. 8 Commonwealth soldiers were injured and 2 killed. The bodies of the dead "OK Commandos" were quickly moved to the other side of the town, to make it appear they were infiltrating into ME, rather than attempting to leave. The scene was made to seem as though they had fired against the houses and farms facing the border, rather than away from the border.
Camera crews were brought in at about 6 am...
Public IC:
(Cut to images of dead "commandos" in OK uniforms. Then show the damage done to farms, the lined up captured weapons, bearing OK markings, then the dead farmers being taken away in orange and black body bags)
"This is John Tallmadge of Mississippian Egypt... Approximately two hours ago, beastly barbarians, heathens from Ottoman Khaif, struck a sucker punch against the soft underbelly of the farming region."
(Ooc- it's not actually a soft-underbelly, every inch of the border is well patrolled)
"We don't know how they managed to attack us, or why they attacked us, but it is clear that this aggression cannot be allowed to stand. Ottoman Khaif must answer for her crimes against Mississippian Egypt and the Mississippian Egyptian people. We demand that Ottoman Khaif immediately withdraw all her military forces from Eastern Egypt, as it is apparent that either they are rogues and cannot be trusted, or that this commando unit was ordered to launch it's genocidal mission and in that case, ME would be in a de facto state of war with Ottoman Khaif."
"This is the Mississippian Egyptian Commonwealth News... Reporting from Eastern Egypt, Cairo, were anti-Ottoman riots have erupted as news came in of OK commandos killing whites in Mississippian Egypt... It appears we have a fairly large crowd of well-armed rioters, at least twenty thousand in Cairo alone..."
Throughout Cairo, 20,000 white "Rioters" (Rebels) had started laying siege to police station, RPGing government supply depots and convoys... Placing C-4 and other remotely detonated charges and mines along major government supply routes, and in general, doing all they could to sow panic and chaos.
Mississippian Egyptian Governor-General John Tallmadge has made the following declaration, "If Eastern Egyptian civil unrest appears as though it will threaten Mississippian Egyptian stability, we will have no choice but to intervene for the safety of not only the people of Eastern Egypt and Mississippian Egypt, but indeed the entire region."
