Having been informed of the terrible condition and plight of the nearly three hundred thousand Mississippian whites and fifty thousand other whites living in Eastern Egypt, the Czar decided he had no choice but to act... These whites had moved to Eastern Egypt when it was still possessed by Parthia, and had become caught up in the web of intrigue and betrayal when their nation (Eastern Egypt) was transfered to the possession of Ottoman Khaif... The racial laws in place to protect their women from rape and assault were suddenly gone, and their children were required to attend government schools... They know had to pay taxes to avoid being forced to convert to Islam, or so the Czar had been told by ME officials who had an eye cast on Eastern Egypt.
Speaking via the White Peoples Radio and Television Network, the Czar Roger Fabus, declared the following, "We will not allow the Mississippian whites and other english-speaking whites to be brutalized by the Ottoman regime... We demand that from Cario to the Sinai, be ceded to us so that we can continue our program of white unity and unity for all Mississippian english speaking white."
(Ooc Mississippian English and especially Mississippian Egyptian English, are quite different in accent, dialect, and such, from regular English. Also Mississippian Egyptians all basically speak a 2nd language "Mississippikaans" a blend of Italian, Afrikaans, and Mississippian Egyptian English)

We demand that Ottoman Khaif government officials immediately make preparations for the peaceful cessation, with compensation of course, of Eastern Egypt, to the Commonwealth government of Mississippian Egypt. If they are unwilling to meet our reasonable demands, we can always pursue our political objectives by those "other means" that Clausewitz spoke of..."
