On this day, November 15, 2954, I the Emperor of Largent decree that the funding and maintenance for military space installations may be provided by private organizations. By way of private funding, the Largentian Space Fleet will have access to space weapons with beams larger that 15 sq.km.
This ammendment will allow the military to have larger beam weapons. We are starting construction on a beam weapon the size of a small moon. It is designed to be able to destroy regions of planets in a single blow.
Each one is projected to cost 10 trillion dollars and take 5 years to construct.
