When the former USSR fell apart and other courtiers started claiming land; there was one small piece that was unclaimed. In the year 2004 General Jack Sterling did some research and found out no other country had claims to it. That is when the General decided to claim and start a new land. That is what brings us to today, ware the country called Belarues is growing into a strong country.
