As Anagonia rebuilds from the previous Anagonian/Dracun War, Diplomatic Relations with the entire NS World has come into question, intern sparking a new chance for International Relations with the world. In the process of rebuilding itself, hopfully with the help of many Nations, the Allied Republic of Anagonia extends an invitation to all Nations for an Embassy exchange program, possibly Military Bases included.

While the Allied Republics of Anagonia understands that it isn't a well-known Super Power in the World today, it understands the need for allies, new beginnings, and a new chance. After this tragic war between the Dracun Imperium and the Allied Republics of Anagonia, it became a chance to start over again, a-new.

As Anagonia opens its arms, it hopes to make new allies and friends throughout this world, and reinforce old Alliances to forge stronger Relations.

For example, our builders are second-to-none, building great pyramids and monuments across our country which last for thousands of years, as well as tough skyscrapers and other buildings. One of the soldiers on the right side of the van glanced over his shoulder, to stare into the deep crimson goggles of his comrade. Everything was kind of surreal to him, he’d joined the army so recently, and the training was so shocking, but he never saw the raw combat that was described to him in the videos and demonstrations. His rifle was on safety like regulation stated, he didn’t see why he needed it, it was an allied nation, and they were merely setting up an embassy. He glanced to his right, the large street was bustling with people, but they were all silent seeing the presence of the soldiers, even an old man was staring, wide eyed. The young soldier shrugged, he thought, “Heh, it must be the armor…” And simply walked on.

We would be honored to further diplomatic ties between our two nations. I have personally consulted with our Finance Minister and we have arranged for 3 billion Universal Standard Dollars to be transferred to your accounts to help with rebuilding. Further, we will happily send some of our aid workers to assist with reconstruction.

If a small (1/4 square mile) plot of land could be purchased for our use as an embassy/landing zone, we would certainly appreciate it.

The Raptorian Soldier returns the salute and says, "Greetings comrade, I am Sergeant Jellcan, 2nd Foreign Deployment Platoon. I've received orders from command to set up a..." He reaches into one of the many pockets in his armor. "...Alliance, Military/Economic embassy. Command wasn't real clear on orders, I'm assuming that we'll set up where ever you have an open spot. Your call Lieutenant."

Lowering his salute, Lieutenant Gardad nodded. "Well, just so happens were building the embassy just right here-" he pointed to a trailer "-got a lounge there and a place to sleep and eat for us."

He looked around and seemed to gnaw on his lip, then looked at the Sergeant, "We'll get somewhere for you and your boys to sleep up real soon-like, but go ahead and take our big trailer over there for sleepin' in."

He looked back at the construction site, then at the soldiers. "By the way, you some kind of dinosaur to be called Raptorian? Or is that just referring to the bird?"

Four dropships bearing the markings of New Exodus slowly descended, bright tails of flame jetting downwards. The lead ship broadcasted on the aviation control bands.

The radio came to life: "Exodian Vehicle, land in the Union Air Base, near Union City. Thats the worst hit, our capitol."

Lowering his salute, Lieutenant Gardad nodded. "Well, just so happens were building the embassy just right here-" he pointed to a trailer "-got a lounge there and a place to sleep and eat for us."

The sergeant's eyes widened benieth his mask... Did they know? He cleared his throat and tried to say, "Uh, no sir... Um..." He was a little shocked at what the Lieutenant said. "Thanks for letting us stay, we are obliged." As he and his men turned to leave after one final salute, he couldn't help but think that they knew something...

The Lieutenant just nodded, and recalled the Sergeants sudden lack of corridination among his speech. No biggy, he thought shurgging it off, Anagonia had a few suprises of its own anyway.

As the sergeant sat on a small bunk bed, the rest of his troops unwinding from the long trip over, he began to feel a little worried. He picked up a COM and pushed a few little buttons on it. "Command." A rough voice answered. "Seargent Jellcan. 2nd Foreign Deployment Platoon. I'm in Anagonia regaurding the embassy." There was a pause... The voice replyed, "Ah yes, Jellcan. What's your status?"
"Construction will begin shortly, but the Anagonian overseer asked something regaurding Project: 204C, 'New Breed' " There was an even longer pause. "You suspect a leak?" HQ replied.
"No, security's too tight. Listen, I'll get back to you. Jellcan out." As he put down the COM, he was worried, but not suspicious... They seemed to nice to have evil intent... And the project was so close to completion... It wouldn't really matter now.

Lieutenant Gardad walked over to the trailer that the Raptorian Soldiers were staying in, wanting nothing but to check up on them. He had just left a meeting with the Chief Contractor of the embassy construction, and had every intent to make these new guests confortable.

Sighing as the night chill misted his exhale, he knocked on the trailer door.
