SILO (Supreme Imperial League of Order)
The SILO alliance is an alliance which aims is to benifiet all of its members. Not only will it offer Defense but also offense. It is mainly for Imperilist, Dictatorship, Monarchy, and any other type of goverment is allowed as along as it fits the description and agrees to the Laws. (Charter and Laws are two different things)
Laws.
All members must supply atleast some sort of military technology,unit, or anything of that matters
All members must promise to inavade/defend another nation in the international/alliance if the cause has benfiets for the alliance
All members must participate in Trade and give discounts at their own rate at their storefronts.
All members must abide by the laws and charater or face expulsion or decrease in position.
Each nation must respect the Soviergty of each indvidual nation in the allaince. Each has it's own laws and rules
Each nation can be voted to a court tribunal and or positon within the alliance
*Goverment
The Alliance will be ruled by a Supreme Chancellor and can only step down on his own or be voted out in a no-confidence ruling
The Supreme Chancellor has the ability to apply the R.D.F.(Rapid Deployment force) at his or her own discretion.
The Supreme Chancellor can be given Emergency power in times of desperate need and must be disbanded at the end of the crisis or face explusion from the alliance
The Cabinet postions are meant to help aide the Supreme Chancellor not to rule him/her
Cabinet officals can be voted in every 1 month in a election
Imperial Senate
Here the members rule the Supreme Chancellor can do nothing here except what the normal members can do
Here members can propose new laws, articles to the charter or declaration of war, etc
They can debate any topic they see fit
Only here can the entire SILO Military can be voted to be deployed or parts of it.
Cabinet Officals
the following our the open positions.
International Deleagate- Minister of Foreign Affairs
War Delegate-In charge of keeping the military updated, and well trained as well as an advisor to military affairs
Internal Delegate- Meant to discuss Internal Affairs here the postion is kept secret to allow the Delegate to work at maximum efficicency
Intellegence Delegate- In charge of keeping the Alliance informed of everything going on often works with the International and War Delegate
Offical Advisor-The next highest positon next to Supreme Chancellor. If impeach the Offical Advisor will take the positon of the Supreme Chancellor for 1 rl week
Trade/Economy Delegate- In charge of keeping the treasury well stocked. Can order increase in Taxes or decrease. Also in charge of trading goods between all nations
The charter will be discussed upon the formal creation of the alliance
