The Grand Ruler of Neoma in a attempt to jump start Neomas economy He has opened our special forces training grounds to other counties....
We offer a 20 year course (you can send babies strait from the hospital.... or children, or soldiers...though babies will be better for programming purposes...)
It includes

1.Sabotage (boats, cars, tanks etc..)
2.Hand to hand and knives (Death hits)
3.field interrogation(in other words torture)
4.Sharpshooting
5.Explosives
6.Diving (cars, trucks tanks...)
7.Tactics (swat -AND military)
8.Rules of war
9. One on One

1.Intimidation(kind of like Field Interrogation but without the pain...)
2.Torture resistance
3.School
4.Civilian vs military(used for taking a military man and placing him in a
5.Blood tolerance (to keep them from freaking out in field interrogation or in war)

5 million per person and .5 Million per course

Also we can only hold 500,000 men at a time
