Subject: Request for hire for ground warfare military instructors.

You are cordially invited to send tenders for a group of 100 military instructors for the formation of the first graduation of the Lemieuxstad Army Officer Corps(LMAC from hereon).

Job: The military instructors will be tasked with training the military officers of the LMAC.The instructors will be tasked with teaching basic infantry procedures and tactics to students as well as basic small arms proficiency, basic squad and field artillery operation and finally basic mounted combat procedures and tactics.

Conditions: Salary must be between 25 000 and 40 000 dollars per year and will be paid to the winning contractor.Contract will be efficient for 3 years.All equipment must be provided by the winning contractor and any money deficiencies will be paid by the Lemieuxstad Federal Bank.This latter point remains negociable until the end of the contract.Full accomodation will be provided at the newly built Lemieuxstad Army Academy.

Winning conditions: The training syllabus must cover in detail all the above mentionned goals and a graduation must have taken place 1 year after the signing of the contract.If not the contract will be cancelled and payment will stop and the contractor must pay a 15% offset of the total price.Moreover, a full 3 months worth of pay will be reimbursable to the Lemieuxstad Federal Bank.

Tenders must have reached the Lemieuxstad headquarter by Nov. 16th 2004 and a decision will be made public by the President on Nov. 22nd 2004.

We would be willing to send, 250 instructors, All trained in artillery,basic rifle skills,Advanced Marksman skills(sniper.)and heavy machine gun training.
These are all recently retired, But still very good in there arts and from the hardcore unit, The 1st marines. Payment will not be needed as we pay them 30,000 a year and they just want to get back to there old job, Even if it isnt with the Frutiy Loops military.
