After the recent Acigoo crisis in Kongola, the Colonial Marine force (which has since withdrawn) has managed to secure 16 liters of the notorious substance. We have successfuly been able to harness this for use as a weapon.
Rather simply, the substance was controlled using a classified technique. It involves magnetism and nanite manipulation. 1 liter of the substance was inserted into the warhead, and this was set into a space torpedo. We chose a doomed asteroid in a system near a black hole. The torpedo was unleashed upon the asteroid. Despite lack of air, the acigoo began to spread and within a few days, visible creatures began to form. Thankfully, we accelerated the asteroid's descent into the black hole.
A small black dwarf is being used to harvest the acigoo.
Before telling you what we have to offer, we must warn you: DO NOT OPEN THE WARHEAD. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO "TWEAK" OUR TECHNOLOGY. ONCE THE SEAL IS OPENED, NO SUBSTANCE WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL AND STOP THE SPREAD. IT WILL CONSUME WHATEVER IT CAN AND EVENTUALLY BEGIN TO MULTIPLY.
The substance used to encase it is 100% secure if not handled violently (i.e. DO NOT DROP IT), though we DO NOT guarantee that long-term storage is completely safe- so if possible, store far, far away from populated areas, off-planet if possible.
We thus now offer the following. Yes, the prices are high, but you realize that one single hit and the war's over...Be advised that:
1. ANY tech level is up for sale- yes, we are even interested in medieval-techs. We could always use some historical artifacts or some gold.
2: Prices for future-tech are jacked up so that nobody tries to use this against us- of course, we have our own fail-safe system that should protect us from this happening, and if you can't fork over $2 trillion for a missile, your empire sucks.
(All techs)

1. Acigoo Warhead- the warhead, alone. Contains 5 liters of acigoo. Plop it in your catapult, missile, or spacecraft. Approximately three times the size of a traffic cone.
-Cost:
-For techs BEFORE the Industrial Age: Negotiable
-For techs FROM the Industrial Age TO the near-future: $200 billion USD
-For techs in the future: $2 trillion USD
(Techs from WW2 and up)

2. Acigoo ICBM: Take #1 and slap it on an ICBM, capable of 10,000 miles. While we caution you not to use it, there is also a slot to fit a nuclear weapon- however, the radiation from the nuke does have a 1% chance to start the acigoo early, resulting in chaos.
Range: 10,050 miles
Top Speed: Over Mach 4.5
Propulsion System: Liquid-fueled rocket system
Guidance System: whatever they had during that era.
-Present Tech: $200,125,000,000 USD
-Future Tech: $2,000,125,000,000 USD

3. Acigoo Cruise Missile/Space Torpedo: This intelligent SOB practically guides itself to the target. 5L acigoo, but no nuke slot. Comes with self-destruct (will NOT kill the acigoo), terrain-following radar, can uplink to GPS guidance. It can even be redirected for manual control if necessary.
Range: 1,500 miles
Top Speed: Mach .08
Propulsion System: Ion Engine (trust me, if you don't know what you're doing, do NOT modify this thing or you'll have a fusion reaction)
Guidance System: Radar, GPS
(Present and up)
4. "Stealth" Cruise Missile
This bad boy practically flies itself- it is as above but with automatic pilot that will find and classify enemy threats, gauge their threat, and evade them. It is coated in RAM and is almost invisible to radar- it shows up the size of an F117A on our radar. It has a radar jammer system, chaff dispenser, flare dispenser, and ion-bundle dispenser to fool missiles. For all this it does sacrfiice range. However, you'll never miss. Ever want a gun that has guided bullets? This is it.
Range: 850 miles
Top Speed: Mach .08
Propulsion System: Ion Engine (Again, if you want your nation to become a sun-like ball of plasma, by all means, reverse-engineer this engine)
Guidance: Self-guidance, radar, GPS, laser, etc.
-$201 billion for present and near future tech, 2.001 trillion for future tech
