Probably the number of weapom emlacements and the length. If you call it a new class of SSD and cut the weapons back to the 700-900 range it shoudn't be too bad. Especially since you have it costing 150 trillion USD.

I think the ISD III is a little too short for that many weapons... its only about 200 meters longer then a regular ISD. ive seen the SSD range from 8km to 17km depending on who you talk to or what books you read.
