When the former USSR fell apart and other courtiers started claiming land, there was one small piece that was unclaimed. In the year 2004 General Jack Sterling did some research and found out no other country had claims to it. That is when the General decided to claim and start a new land. That is what brings us to today, ware the country called Belaru is growing into a strong country.

I noted your going to give your country a history, thts always a good start. Try to give information of the current government and ic or ooc info on your military. Other than that, with a history, its an arite fact book. Check out mine at http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=373025 . Its now pretty much finished and will just be updated from time to time. Maybe it wiull give you some ideas.
