To put bluntly, Sarctic has decided it needs to advance some. Though we are very advanced already and posses many space faring craft, we're looking to purchase more future technology, mainly in the field of covert operations, such as stealth ships and laser rifles. Any assitance would be appreciated, though we have a limit on our budget.
