We concur with Tanthan. Interrupting peace talks for the purpose of a mass-genocide will destroy your reputation, gain you nothing and create a large animosity against many nations (don't forget, some of us are part of alliances, even if we do not call on them for every roleplay)

OOC - Kormanthor, whilst I respect your attempts, you have just effectively stopped the entire RP. We had just called a cease-fire and were about to meet to discuss a Cessation of Hostilities.

I would like all participants in the RP to I.G.N.O.R.E the transportation of all Government officials and civilians to your command starship.

Besides - this is NON-future tech. Otherwise, I would have called in my starships for reinforcements ages ago, as my State is based on Starfleet and the Federation. I am playing this RP without future tech though, as is everyone else.

Correct which was I moved all my forces out of Plaid Zone (taking the cities population I captured with my forces) to take over Aligned Planets and force a surrender and an end to the war in which you wanted mass genocide, CP.

Sorry, but it would be your fault. The nukes were launched before your son landed.

Tanthan, it would appear that CR is deliberately disobeying the Ceasefire instructions. If those missiles hit the Capitol, I can assure you that all hopes of negotiations will die with the President.

Three options I see lie before you now : -

1) You successfully manage to persuade CR to disarm the warheads

2) You condemn this violation of Ceasefire and join with Aligned Planets in opposing CR so that we can continue with the Negotiations

3) You do nothing and allow the Ceasefire to dissolve, and the fighting to continue.

I did have strong hopes that the Ceasefire would hold and that we would be able to negotiate a permanent cessation of hostilities.

The delegates weren't scared at all, just annoyed that something like this would be done.

The Tanthan Space Defense or TSD prepared to give firing codes to the satellites and ICBM kill satellites, the anti-ICBM satellites have a 70% chance and destroying them. The systems on the carriers have a 80% chance and the secret weapon of Tanthan has 60% on which it would fire, but the damage to Aligned Planets would be great if was used.

All the systems prepared to fire, F-22 raptors got in line with predicted courses of the ICBM's ready to so much as die to protect peace.

Some HAVE to get through. It is IMPOSSIBLE for them not to.

It is our belief that a negotiation of peace would be in the best interests of all concerned...a great loss of life has already occured on both sides; we need to end this before too many more innocents have to die. I am scrambling what remains of our Airforce to intercept these missiles. We will not be able to stop them alone however, and we thank you for the swift action you are taking."

He paused, and checked a console

"At current, we have 11 F-117A Nighthawk taking off from an airbase to the south of the capitol...they are maybe 2 minutes away from intercept at this time...Pilots have been given confirmation to collide with the missiles if conventional weaponry fails...their sacrifice will not be in vain."

All for land ehh....that's low and he has no reason to protect Aligned Planets anyways. With his surrender to me if forces this to be a 1 vs 4 war in which we maintain the ablity to easily destroy those missles (except for 3 by our systems (no patriot grid here)).

BTW, your nation will be totally destroyed if you do not stop the missiles, in which we can shoot most of them down anyways, are you REALLY going to risk it. Your nuclear strikes have lead to a nuclear war which all but you were trying to prevent. You got your wish with the ICBM launch.

It also opens our nations eyes to which of the extent some nations WILL use nuclear weapons in a last ditch chance to get what they want. He figured if anything did go wrong, it wouldn't hurt to have his troops off the beach and somewhere where they would not all be instantly slaughtered.

Meanwhile, back in the People's Republic of Independent Wiccans, Takha had called a High Council meeting. His Minister of Regrettable Circumstance explained the situation to them all and Takha stood up full of energy.

As there are only 21 Falcanians in the whole country, I think it is safe to say that our armed forces are not at present a threat to any nation here. However, in future you are likely to be punished by the full force of FINIA. In reference to your agreements, they are fine on the proviso that embassies are established in both our countries. My father has already commissioned the building of an embassy.

Colonel Farrick relayed the information to the Ministry of Regrettable Circumstance. The High Council unanimously agreed to all the points of the treaty, including the Non-Aggression Pact. The information was relayed back to Farrick. "The People's Republic of Independent Wiccans formally supports this draft treaty."

It was looking increasingly less likely he would be re-elected; Slaytanicca had seen four wars this year, all of them going badly. And now this. He really didn't think he cared now. The missiles landed in the ocean, mere miles from Cherry Ridgian waters. Two of the nukes exploded, sending pounds of uranium into the sea. The others sank like stones. There were no fission reactions, no nuclear explosions.

All the delegates signed and agreed upon that it was fair to both sides. The war would finally end with surrendering of Plaid Zone to Tanthan and Aligned Planets to keep all of the land dispite the attempts by Cherry Ridge to annex Aligned Planets it was foiled in minutes by Slaytanicca. The war is coming to a close and peace would be restored.

OOC: Military bluffs and shows of force are the single most effective way to force an enemy to see just how serious a nation is about what they believe in. I would have fired on Cherry Ridges forces and would have taken all but 3 of the ICBMs out. (If I let 0 go through I would be godmodding because my system is not that powerful, and I don't think I would fire particle beams from space to destroy a nuclear weapon AGAIN. (I did it with DAI and I spent 20 billion to repair it and get everything up again, I doubt I would easily do it again unless it was close.) Don't take military bluffs and shows of force, like me overkilling the airfields as me being a bigshot IRL, but don't take it to lightly either, the threat of the artillery and my threats have more then once helped me in war games, it effectively made me win 30+ battles on C&C Zero Hour, with just a THREAT of using over powering force when in reality I had NOTHING to stop a war of attrition against me.
