I have decided that, in order to preserve the general IQ level of Sevarisian children, and to try to protect Western culture, I am banning the following practices/ideologies:

1. Wiggetry. (White guys acting like gangstas.)
2. Rap Music (The root of most of these problems)
3. Ebonics (A perversion of the English language that MUST be stamped out.)
4. "Gangsta" culture (Self-righteous assholes who demand respect when they've not earned it, abuse other people, etc, etc)

Persons found in violaton of this new ban will be sent to re-education camps. If they commit it again, then they will be shot.

It's also a public nuisance- it violates noise regulations, and is a general pain in the ass to the people. My office has recieved thousands of complaints about it.

We defend Sevaris's decision in light of this complaint, and have this to say:
Have you considered the fact that the lyrics contained in most rap music ecourages listeners to infringe on the civil liberties of others? To 'pop' a 'cap' in anyone who looks at them funny? Taking away the root cause of a large amount of crime and civil liberties infringement might be an infringement in itself, but it pays for itself, no?

We in Slaytanicca blame nihilism rather than rap. The void religion has left has turned life for some into no more than a game. Still more are driven to this lifestyle through despair or violence. We protest that, with exceptions, much of the culture you speak of is a symptom rather than a cause of said problems.
As the majority of us here are both nihilist and sentimentalist, we see the situation as both funny and sad. Sort of like everything.

Upper Xen agrees with this clause, as whites imitating gangstas or "wiggers" are already banned in Upper Xen. We do allow Chinese rappers and Mexican rappers, but we believe that the very concept of a "white rapper" is nonsensical and unnatural, as rap is a type of music we usually associate with anti-establishment, outsider populist forces and racial political forces, and our experience has taught many Xenizens that most wiggers are motivated by financial gain and sheer antisocial arrogance, not a desire to express their ethnic pride.

If possible, we would like to donate resources to your anti-wigger program.

OOC: I personally have nothing against rap music in RL, but I have to deal with wiggers in real life, and except for this one kid I know, the majority of them are pretty annoying. Thank you, Sevaris, and God Bless you in your endeavor.

As a nation, we congratulate Sevaris' policy on rappers in general and we are currently undertaking our own operation to wipe out these subversives from the human race.
