Should the Left-Wing Alliance remain just that, an alliance, or should it be tethered to one region?

One alliance, many regions
Pros: Freedom to stay in your region, can keep with centrists, rightists and non-members
Cons: Members are scattered across NS, no good way to keep contact

One alliance, one region
Pros: Members are kept together, no chance of rightists (could be password-controlled)
Cons: Lose contact with other centrists, rightists and non-members in former region, lose freedom

Nonexistant

Many regions. My fellow nations and myself have our own region with it's own identity which we are keen on keeping. Anyway, we could make this a big thing and have a webgroup on it, like with MSN groups, or Topica if that's still going.
