It seems there is no negotiating with this maniac. We will step back and allow the RWC to have its fun, but will have naval forces "on exercise" near Fedral Union waters just in case.

It has now been made obvious that the government of the Fedral Union is run by madmen. The Empire has already declared a state of war upon the Union and is requesting all involved to do the same. It seems that they must learn a hard lesson this day.

IC: War shall not be declared by Kriegorgrad of yet but should this madman persist, war will be the last resort...the ultimate resort that will see the capital of "The Union" as flaming rubble with the RWC standard flying defiantly in the wind.
