The peace-loving nation of Urkistan is on the verge of invasion by an alliance of nations much, much larger than it (Uxul, The Armed Republic of Mossalvania) The war is being waged under false pretenses, namely that the Urkistani people, whom the Mossalvanians crudely refer to as urks, were involved in stirring up rebellion in Mossalvania's western provinces. Urkistan was also falsely accused of having nerve agents, among other things.

The entire list of accusations made by Mossalvania is false (OOC: You'd think I'd at least be able to start this war, myself, right? I just logged on and found these guys arbitrarily accusing me of crap), and the people of Urkistan URGENTLY need assistance. Our nation is some 80 millions, and we're being threatened by nations with a combined population of 3 billion people.

If you choose to aid us (we're a neutral nation ordinarily, but we still reserve the right to protect ourselves from invasion), we would be extremely grateful. Urkistan is a mineral-rich nation with a vast untapped supply of uranium (we ourselves don't use nuclear weapons). Our mineral resources are likely the reason that Mossalvania wants to invade.

We don't want any part of it, but alas...

If you choose to aid the Urkistani people in defending against this attack against our democracy and for our national resources, please come to the region "Protectorate of Dananias" and assist us.

Dear Kind Sir,
We shall help defend Urkistand. We have a military of 5 million. We would starts a draft. But we don't want another vietnam. So we shall send 200,000 Soldiers. 2,000 Marines and 20 Elite Soldiers. We already have 5,000 people in Sicily. But we are contemplating pulling out. The Men and women are going to hel you immediatly.

The marines arrived storming onto the land and securing everything they passed. They knew their missions. One particular group: Private Ryan Sandser, Captain Markus Kragabas, Lieutenat Mohammed Hassakan and Corornel Mike Massias were going to help protect Urkistan's keader. They were going with 10 elite soldiers (It's an honor to be with Elite Soldiers) Mohammed told them to follwo him. He met with the leader of the Elite group and they went thru the woods. They had led the rest of the soldiers into a city where they all split up and got their missions. However 1 man was shot by a sniper.

We need a troop estimate, so that we can take hard numbers to a summit with Mossalvanian leaders in an attempt at staving off war. Mossalvanian forces have captured the neutral zone and are starving out women and children in one of our neutral cities. Their hatred knows no bounds.

We are currently mobilizing twenty companies of five hundred soldiers and twenty companies of thirty ST-21 tanks. This is, unfortunately, all we can send at this notice. They will depart immediately. More troops and tanks are being readied and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

With two Urkistani cities besieged now, Uxul (population 2.7 billion) has decided to enter the fray on the side of Mossalvania. Uxul has occupied the neutral zone, has allowed Mossalvania to continue the sieges in sovereign territory, allowed Mossalvania to maintain thirteen staging points in the so-called "neutral zone." Their goal is clear. They want to destroy our peace and our way of life for resources.

Mossalvania, unfortunately, has assumed that Slaytanicca is going to use chemical agents, and they are using this as a bargaining tool to enlist more nations in the region against the peace-loving Urkistani people (to declare offensive war is specifically outlawed in our Constitution).

We, the free people of Urkistan, welcome the forces from Slaytanicca and Fruity Loops with open arms. We realize now that Mossalvania had no intent to hold an emergency summit. We realize this is war, and we're mobilizing.

We wholeheartedly encourage our newfound allies to put their best foot forward, so that we can nip this racist war in the bud, before Mossalvania attempts their ultimate goal: the ethnic cleansing of our people.

Chemical weapons will be withdrawn from use in this conflict, if it is your desire. Conversely, we have enough 145mm sarin and VX rounds stockpiled to supply to your forces if you wish.

A further two hundred companies of regulars and fifty companies of tanks will be flown over over the next two weeks (NS time). Unfortunately our air support is severely lacking, so the drops will have to be made away from the border. This also means our logistical train is fragile at best, and we may have need to ask supplies and ammo of you before the end of the conflict. However, we have no intention of withdrawing from engagement until all Urkistanian cities have been liberated.

Also, the Slaytaniccan Passive Resistance Regiment will not be fielded during this campaign.

The Lumpanese goverment is taking a surprising intrest in the events of these foreigners. Bits and pieces of messages intercepted from the millitary communication lines hint to thier intents of launching a operation in the war zone.
OCC: Hey, if its okay with ya'll I'd like to join the conflict. Lumpana itself is a Latin socialist country which rose to power after a small nuclear civill war on its own soil fifteen years ago. Since the country normally has a firm "Let the world screw itself" polocy they havnt fought a single war since thier revolution, so thier army untested in combat. However, it has been growing in considerable size over the last five years and should not be underestimated (at least not yet).
The real goal of Lumpana would be to size some of the Uranium resources in order to manufacture a larger nuclear arsenel (thier current stockpile only consits of three 1970's era nukes), as well as test the strength of the People's new army. We would be on the side of the invaders, and would deploy a force consiting of no more then three naval carriers and a landing force of around two to three thousand men.

3 Different companies went to the cities to surprise attack The enemies. The artilery from boats had already been attacking cities from mosslynvania. They opened fire. It was a great mass of bullets. In the end 28 people died.

The Democratic Imperium is willing to pledge troops to the defence of Urkistan if, and only if, they agree to become a protectorate of Praetonia. This would involved sending a large proportion of your taxes to Praetonia and a semi-shift of power from your capitol to Praeton.

OOC:Sorry man, consensus seems to be that a regular army of even 1% of your population puts an enormous strain on your economy, and 5% is the maximum for short periods only, unless you're an armed tribe of militaristic nomads or something..
Plus about half your army will be non-combatants.

Technicians inside the Urkistainian border have reported a strange signal mixed in with the roars and screams of war. It appears Uxul is using sonic warfare on us.
Until a solution is manufactured to nullify these corruptive soundwaves we will equip all of our tanks with "bad boy" soundsystems blasting out Slaytaniccan speed metal. We condemn such a progression by Uxul; any further attempt to play with the minds of our troops will be met with harsh retaliation. Very little, if anything, is valued in Slaytanicca more than freedom of thought.
Because of this, we will not withdraw chemical weapons from the front regardless of the will of Urkistan. The shells are to be used at the discretion of individual tank commanders.
