Premier Cross Dies at 73

November 12, 2004 - Erse, Hallad

Early this morning it was discovered that Premier James Cross died in his flat the night earlier. Cross' Residence Representative, Aiden MacDonald, found him dead in his bed. MacDonald had entered the Premier's flat after he hadn't seen him come out, as he ussually does when Cross goes to the People's Capital Building every morning. He was shocked to find the man dead.

After police had a short investigation, it was decided that Cross died of natural causes. The Premier's body is being moved to his home town of New Clonmel, where the funeral is to take place. Officials estimate that the funeral will attract over 1.6 million Halladi's over the course of the day.

The Commissariat of Internal Affiars has declared November 11th "James Cross Day" to commemorate the man who brought Hallad to it's current hieght. And, the Funeral is set to take place on November 15th.

Cross life was filled with...
