This Morning the Opening of NWO Headquarters was Opened in the Capital of Dr_Twist Barracuda, It was the Royal Palace for the Dr_Twist Royal Family until there Tragic end some time ago.

The Dr_Twist Government wishes to hold a NWO meeting of Nations within the new Head Quarters shortly.

looking out through tinted bullet proof glass, Alex Dyrell stared at the large elegant building in awe. Such beauty was rare in Blacktower, as its industrial prowess had minimized the need for splendor. He stepped out of the Black Suburban behind a large bodyguard and was followed shortly by another. soon 4 other large men surrounded him in a cirlce as he walked through the square towards the front entrance. He could never be to carful with members of the Anubis Coalition still around. He was a target and he knew it.

As he and his entourage passed the large monument in the middle of the square Alex wondered to himself what this meeting was to be about...

Emperor Jonathan VI will attend this meeting personally. His son will take care of the rest of the country.

Alex stands patiently at the large front entrance... waiting to be admitted.......

OCC: Those waiting to enter may enter Straight away.

Moments LAter Alex was placed in the Official Blacktower Seat in the large circular room. All around him several other seats similar to his were possitioned in rings three rows deep. He sat patiently awaiting other members of the Alliance to arive.

(Im picturing the room similar to NATOs meeting hall, with all the nations sitting in rings. If this is not the way it is, just let me know and I can edit)

President Sutton sat at his desk onboard Credonia One. This was his first international trip since taking office in his 3rd term as Credonian President. He quietly looked over intelligence breifs and important government documents which he signed and organized. Looking out of the window, he notices a familiar sight. Credonia One was flying above DT and any moment now, the plane would begin its descent to land at a local airport near the new NWO HQ.

Immediately following landing, President Sutton climbed out of the Presidential Jet and descended the stairs, waved and smiled for the camera's and quickly climbed into his limousine. His motorcade began the short journey. Inside, Kaimoni sat anxiously waiting to arrive and begin the meeting, which would be one of Credonia's most important in history.

The plane carrying Alexi Kovalic, the current head of Comdidia for now, had taken a very long way to get all the way to this meeting having to stop for refueling in an allied airbase before continuing on sicne his duties never stopped.

As the plane landed at the airfield he was quickly rushed from it by his security detail to the tiny motorcade of three cars and was driven to the NWO HQ. As they pulled up he looked admiring the building as two of the men opened the door and escorted him inside to his seat.
