The Czar, Roger Fabus, has declared who will hold the offices of governor-general in each of the four new Commonwealth Nations. In South Africa, William Fabus. In Angola, Donald Stahlecker. In Botswana, Juan Carlos De Rivera. And in Namibia, Fritz Stahlecker."


"The Czar has announced that the four new Commonwealth nations are open for settlement and has set the quota for the number of colonists to be in each of the territories within four months as follows:

South Africa, fifteen million.
Namibia, nine million, eight hundred and fifty thousand.
Angola, nine million, seven hundred thousand.
Botswana, nine million, nine hundred and eighty thousand."

"The Czar's goal is to achieve twenty million whites living in South Africa, and ten million in each of the other three territories. Many of the whites living in Mississippian Egypt are former colonists of Angola from before the decolonization war that occurred during the previous government, and they will be assisted in moving back. The Czar has also declared that general amnesty will be given for any and all whites in prisons on the condition they agree to move to one of the four new Commonwealth nations."

"The new Commonwealth nations will immediately begin to form their own armies, air forces, and navies. This will help them to assure their mutual defensive agreements with other Commonwealth nations within the federation, and to assure their own security."
