Latest News update. The Empire of Nerotika has released information on a experiment that has all of the country shocked. Our countrie's top seintist have been altering human genetics. They have been creating what they are calling Superbeings. There are only 4 of these superbeings held in a high security facility. Their is no documents on what these beings are capible but our Emperor has assured us that these beings are for the benifit of mankind. Our population has accepted this response but most of us are asking why we would test on such a thing. Information will be given out during a press confrence in 4 hours responding to our nations reaction. Our Empire is accepting any advice from other nations. On location is Chuck Heirachy. "Hello to everyone back at the Nerotikan News Network station. Im standing infront of the seintific labs that are being used for the experiments. It seems i am not the only one that wants a clear view of the press confrence. I will be here until the confrence is over giving you the most up to date information.

Emperor Nero Trotsky sat impatiently in his car. Sweat poured down his face and Ralin who was sitting to the left of him looked at his leader act this way.
"Comrade Nero why is it you sweat. Are you afriad that this confrence wont go well?" Ralin asked with a puzzled look on his face.
"Ralin I am afriad. Our actions wernt voted apon and our people are very angry with us. I dont get it we arnt doing anything wrong. Our experiments are for the good of our nation's secerity." Nero looked down at his feet and Ralin dismissed the conversation.
"Mr. Trotsky were almost at the lab are you prepared for the confrence?" The Driver slowed to a stop at a red light and looked back to Nero.
"Im prepared dont worry about me just drive." Nero responded without an ounce of courage in his voice to back up his words.
The car drove on toward the lab.

The car pulled up to the Lab and was immediatly surrounded by people yelling their thoughts about the genetic alterations. Nero stood up out of his car and walked up toward the front doors of the lab. On the porch of the lab was a podeum waiting for Nero. Nero stood infront as the people crowded around yelling comments about their emporer.
"EVERYONE SETTLE DOWN THE EMPEROR IS SPEAKING" Ralin yelled into the microphone. The crowed slowly came to a hush and the confrence started.
"People of Nerotika I am standing before you to explain my actions on this issue. I have thought it nessesary to test our human bodies. I cannot release any information about these experiments but i can say that they are safe and no one will be harmed." Nero paused and scaned his crowd as flash's from camera's shined apon him.
"BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOUR EXPERIMENTING ON." A random person in the crowd yelled and it seemed the rest of the crowd agreed.
"Do not worry these people volunteered for this position stating that this step will not only be a step but a giant leap into the futur. Once we have perfected the genetic alteration to the point where it can be removed from an unwanting civilian we can place it into solders lowering the cost of equipment that helps for instance seeing in the dark. With one needle shot you could see in the dark without spending thousands on nightvision googles. These experiments are not in any way shape or form connected to any terrorism and will not be sold to any other country no matter what they offer. If by any chance the information of the experiments leeks out to other nations we will teminate the experiment on the spot and the test subjects have agreeded to be killed not mudered but more like terminated along with the experiment." The crowd looked stunned to hear that if any information leeks out their own goverment will kill the test subjects.
"I will answer any questions unless they have to do with how we are experimenting. Other then that ask away people."

"Mr. Emperor, sir. My name is Borislave Petrov, and I am representing the Holy Empire of Armandian Cheese. I would like to ask you why your nation is developing this technology? Do you suspect any threat to your nation?"

"Yes latly issue's have come up with a major enemy the Neo Jihadi terrorist group. Our studies are simply for our nations good. thank you for your question any one else?"

"Yes..."
Suddenly, a gun shot pierced through the ambassador's head. A group of Neo Jihadi terrorists had killed the Armandian ambassador, and were looking for more blood. Quickly they ran towards the Emperor of Nerotika himself.

Emperor Nero took a step back as shot were fired into the crowd of news network teams. People fell to the groud everywhere as the Nerotikan Guard took aim and fired upon the Neo Jihadi terrorist. One Jahadi stood on a van yelling in his own language then suddenly without warning a shot went through his head which caused panic among his followers. The Nerotikan guard ended the firfight by bringing in TH-301 Heavy tanks they had sitting in the back of the building just in case this happended. The Emperor stood still with his own XM-8 light assault rifle in his hands. The Jihadi's were taken prisoner and lined up before the Emperor.
"You have messed with us for the last time." Emperor Nero said and raised his gun up along with 4 Nerotikan guards. The 5 shot into the line as civilians watched and news networks video taped the killings. The line fell back and only one was left, the last one was pushed before the Emperor and forced to his knees.
"Your kind are not allowed here ever as for you, leave now." Nero smiled as the terrorist ran for his life down the street. Nero picked up an XM-28 special op heavy rifle, swiched it to HE(highly explosive) bullets and fired one into the terrorist's head blowing it off his body and onto hi surrourding area.
"People of Nerotika this is why we need a better defence. The genetic alterations will help us to see stuff like this before it happends. Agenst me or not the experiments will continue." Nero walked off and jumped onto one of the TH-301 tanks and drove off with a crowd of stunned people left behind.

OOC: I have a friend that usually rp's the Jihadi's but i didn`t want to wait for him to get on so i just did the rping for em. i'll have him on later to rp the jihadi group. After hearing our leaders words I believe that our experiments will benifit us in protecting our people from attacks such as this. Annnnddd there you have it that's all our camera man got before he was shot. Sadly Jim Bowin the camera man died before anyone could rescue him.

This just in. We have more information then ever about the "superbeings" it seems we have perfected a syrum giving the "superbeings" more stregth. The syrum is like a steroid type thing but stronger and the effects last untill they are taken out also only one side effect has taken place. This is a major...what the hell are they doing here *Solders burst into the network station, the camera's roll out of view as people scream and run, shots are fired and slowly the camera rolls back showing the carnage, the anchorman is lying on his desk bleeding from a headshot wound and the people behind him who seemed so glad to be able to release the info, were all lying back in their chairs shot, the solders stood their and spoke in english which confused viewers because the Jihadi's only spoke their own language. then a thought hit their minds, the solders were Nerotikan.*

Troops lined the rebuilt capitol of Nerotika. Emperor Nero knew as soon as the network masscre was shown riots would follow. People stormed the street all with signs pointing out Nero's unfairness. The genetic alteration project was turning the country agenst him. Everything that followed up to the riot was a strange coincidence. The jihadi's attacking inside the city. Information leeking out about what type of test's were going on. Finally the riot Nero knew would come had came. The people walked strait toward the line of solders. Nero steped out onto his balcony and scaned the people. He turned back and looked at Ralin who had been sitting confertably in one of Nerotika's fine leather chairs drinking vodka.
"Ralin.....I...I cant just stand here while riots threaten me and my loyal people. Im going to release them now. Not to harm the rioters but prove that they are what i told them they would be." Ralin listened and then sipped his vodka. Nero grew angery that Ralin would not speak.
"RALIN did you here me call the lab tell them to send the four here right now." Nero waited for Ralin's responce.
Ralin on the other hand just smiled.
"There already here sir...But not for the rioters..." Ralin smirked and looked Nero strait into the eyes.
"Their here for you Nero." Once he said this 4 people dressed in black ran into the room. Each one had a XM-8 assault rifle in their hands.
Nero stepped back and suddenly the 4 men started firing at him.
Nero still standing by the balcony backed up and fell off the balcony as the shots flew past his face. Nero fell into a patch of bush's and rolled out onto the grass then ran for the garage. Shots were fired into the bush where Nero had landed. Once the 4 saw that Nero was not in the bush they jumped down from the balcony and split up.
Meanwhile the solders outside the capital walls had started attacking the rioters who had pulled out weapons and tried to break through the capital wall doors. Nero entered the garage and quickly picked out one of him cars. The car he had picked was one of the military rouge solder J-45 assault car. He jumped in and started the car up. The garage door opened and Nero drove off toward the capital wall doors. The rioters were running in a panic and suddenly the doors opened. When the rioters ran to get through the doors they noticed the black J-45 comming strait at them. Nero drove out the door and away from the crowd over the dead bodied of the rioters. He drove out of the city and south toward the distroyed city of Georgetown.
Ralin smiled as he watched Nero driver away. He walked out to the balcony and yelled into a megaphone.
"People of Nerotika this is your new leader Ralin Paul speaking. Nero has betrayed you. The slaughter that took place in the News network was staged by him. He told me to order men to kill everyone in the network when he heard they had info on the genetic beings. I will be a better leader no worries comrads no worries."

Comrads in Anagonia this is Nero Trotsky. I have been kicked out of office by the tratoir Ralin Paul. The only help I have been offered is from an enemy of your country. He wants to exchange peace with you for assisting me. I must get a responce from you before i travel to the safty of Armandian territory.

The pellican came roaring to a stop only feet from the ground. It hovered there and droped a plank from the door in the tail. Nero followed by 16 of his Rouge troops enterd the pellican. The pellican rose up and headed toward the coordinates 527-839. It would take a while but Nero was glad to leave the country for now.
Troops from the new Nerotikan army had been expecting Nero to leave like this and they were ready. Each one had AD-34 panzers. As the Pellican flew by the troops fired the panzer rockets at the aircraft. The Nero saw the rockets and before the solders with him could do anything, Nero broke out a window picked up a XM-29 and shot the rockets with extream accuracy.
Once the troops saw the explosions infront of the Pellican aircraft they thought they had hit their target and they left without looking back to see that the pellican was leaving their visual. The pellican entered Armadinian airspace and started to land at the LZ.

The Emperor allowed the Anagonian representative to arrive on his provisional command zeppelin. He greeted the Anagonian warmly, and they both sat down.
"I feel that we need to clarify a few things. First of all, we seek peace. I never planned on winning this war, since it was obvious I could not, but I merely needed to rally my people. So we should settle this right now. Second, we did not use acigoo! It was a short term, flesh eating bacteria that killed few people, and was most definately not beyond our strength. So then, what do you say?"

The Pellican landed at the given coordinates and awaited untill Armandian cheese contacted them.

"Hmmm...Ah yes, Nero has arrived. Excellent."
The command zeppelin lowered to the ground, and allowed Nero, and his guards, to enter. Armand smiled evilly.
"Come, comrade. We have much to discuss. What do you wish to do about this Ralin fool?"

"Armad im glad to finally meet you. Also out that tratoir Ralin well as you know we are testing on geneticly inhancing or altering humans. Ralin has taken the geneticly inhances people and haas made guards out of them. I have my loyal troops at Fort Juno on Juno island. We should take Juno before anything else and save my troops. There are over 2,000 Marines inside fort juno under attack. Once this is out of the way we will have perfect run toward fort Stalin inside of the forest. Take stalin and we own the forest. Also inside fort Stalin are arlitary barrage cannons that can reach out to Leon city. Basicly we need to his from the west. So any iddeas on your half?"

I propose we surround the fortress, thus placing the traitors in between our troops and the loyal marines. However, we should also make it a priority to recapture your broadcast station, and clear your name. Here are the troop amounts I can provide. They await your order.

Once I have saved my Marines from fort Juno i'll send your troops to the ruins of George city. I`ll have you take command of your infantry once they have reached that city. As for me i`ll go strait to Fort stalin as my initial plan. I will use the artilary on Leon City as a detraction while your troops go to George City. Inside George city are military cars inside the basement of carlot 37. They all have duel 22mm MG's on the sides. Take these and do whatever you want with them but remember my barrage on Leon city will only be a temperary distraction. Any quistions?"
