country: leader's name

and that the countries name not include the game title ex. the serene republic, democratic republic, fiefdom, ect...

this makes it so you only have to cut and paste (a lot easier)

I find it a bit odd that we're missing from this list, while one of our puppets (Jonestan) is on it. Artoonia's head of state is Emperor Artu I. Prime Minister Mikelo Hucxenco is the head of government, though if you're only going to list one, use the Emperor.
