A new planet has come into view by our long range satalites. we have checked it out and have decided to terraform it to fit our needs. We will begin shipping our people in 5 days (post terraform). We will be setting up an artificial atmosphere and we welcome any and all embassies. Our allies in our region will be given terraformed moons, 2 out of 13. all with artificial atmospheres.
