Security was tight in Dracun. Dozens of fighters were over the Capital at any given time. Imperial class tanks were everywhere ass well as ATTs. Armed troops patrolled the steets looking for any sign of disturbance,
A lone limo drove through the streets under heavy guard. With helicopters and tanks rolling/hovering next to it. In it lay the cruel and inhuman Emperor, Jason. He and his 12 bodyguards (Order of the Black Heart) sat in the limos. They arrived at the International airport which had been closed to await the arrival of Zanzilk ruling leader. As the limo drove up to the runway there were colums of Dracun Elites (The Elite Dracun Infantry) in crisp military saulte.
The limo came to a halt and out came two of the heavily armed bodyguards. Then the Emperor who came out with two more Bodyguards and the rest exited and searched the area.

Michael was tense. This was a crucial moment for him and his country. He had to make peace, this war had cost too much already. He arrived in Dracun on his personal plane, with four body guards and his wife Zilia. They were told that the Emporer would meet them here.

The Emperor moved foward cassualy. Two of his bodyguards went to move but he made a hand motion and dismissed them back to his car. He stopped in front of the man, yet he didn't even hold out his hand for a shake.
"Your name?" he hissed

"Michael the third, Supreme Overlord of the Dominion of Zanziik. You must be Emporer Jason. I hope that we can end this war together."

Ah so this was a man of action and obviously boldness.
"I don't care for diplomatic manner were here for buisness not brunch. Your army deserves my respect not you... not yet atleast" He said without hiding his obvious dislike for the man.

"Right then, should we get to it? I think that we are both reasonable men and this should be rather easy," said Michael. He was quite hopeful about this meeting.

"Well then follow me" he turned around his black cape swirling in the turn. He entered his car and closed the door, an obvious sign of disrespect. Now he would see if this man deserved the title of ruler.

Michael, obviously annoyed, told his guards to open the doors and he stepped in furiously, slammed the door shut, and muttered under his breath. He was trying to be easy on the man but now it was time to get it on.

The Emperor smiled Very nice
"You seem annoyed...Michael I believe your name was?" he said taunting as the limo pulled away from the airport and moved towards the palace.

Michael put on his best politician's smile and said, "Not at all James...."

The limo came to a stop "Jason... and you should show some respect to your host afterall...I do have the bigger guns" and with that he stepped out of the limo and left the door open this time. He began walking up the massive stairs towards imperial palace.

"Bigger guns yes, but who has bigger feet?" Michael muttered under his breath. He got out of the car and closed the door, and started up the staircase.

OOC: sorry to interrupt but i'm kinda confused. is this also the negotiations between dracun and austerreich or are those taking place at a different time?

Maximillian knew he was late. He knew, and didn't care. If Jason wanted him on time, he shouldn't have filled Austerreich with so many troops that a man couldn't sneeze with being shot at. Well, that's what I'm here to try and fix, he thought. He stood in the foyer of the meeting hall, waiting for an attendant to take him to the negotiating table. He hoped he didn't offend Jason into doing something...rash.

ic: An officer approached the Emperor, "Lord, the delegate from Austerreich has arrived your orders?"
"Bring him into the room...make sure it is known that he is late"
"Your will, will be done my lord"

"Ruler of Austerriech you are late...follow me" the officer said. He turned without seeing if he followed and began the walk to the grand throne room

Now that the Austerreich ambassador was here, Michael said; "Should we get to the negotiations then?"

Austerreich was definitely playing with the big kids now, and so Maximillian decided to let Jason have his say first. Besides, he needed time. If he rushed and angered Jason, there might not be an Austerreich to return home to. He looked to Michael of Zanziik, hoping he was looking at an ally and friend.

Michael caught Maximillian's eye and smiled faintly. He wanted to reassure the man that they were here to make peace and that was what they would do, even if they had to stay for years.

Maximillian made a mental note to discuss an alliance with Michael after the negotiations were over. Though I doubt many of them can find Zanziik on a map, my people like this nation, he thought.

The Emperor sat in his throne while a large well carved wooden table sat below it. There sat two seats meant for the rulers.
"We shall begin then? The first thing on my mind is simple...we establish a large military base in all of our nations. One per nation. This way to prevent an invasion you would have a invasion force right next door...all in favor?" he said commandingly letting them know who was the superpower here

Maximillian didn't like this idea. Yes, having a force in Dracun would be a nice deterrent, but not at the expense of having Dracun forces in a position to overrun his nation before a counterattack could be organized. He waited to see what Michael would say. Meanwhile, he had his own plans.

"When are we going to discuss the removal of your troops from Austerreich, Jason?"

Michael didn't mind the bases as long as, "I will allow this, but lets say only 1,000 troops per base max. What do you think?"

Maximillian liked this quick thinking. "If it's only a thousand, I will agree as well."

The emperor paused "Agreed" he said nodding his head.
"The removal of troops from Austerreich will be discussed later...now we must agree on the terms to end Operation Snake Bite. The removal of troops from Zanzilk is now on the floor..."

Maximillian sighed. His home would have to wait. "Dominion and Allied troops will leave Zanziik as soon as a permenant cease-fire is signed and Dracun forces have done the same. Except, of course, for the military bases we will be setting up in one another's lands."

ooc:Had a leader change. All troops have been removed Military bases installed and hoepfully we will see eachother again in battle.

OOC: so i'm free? *happy dance comences*

On their way out, Maximillian waved to Micheal.

"I'd like to discuss an alliance with you. Our nations have been through a lot together, and I think an alliance would do us both good."

"I would like to establish an alliance too. Thank you for the offer."
